Surprised how nice hotel was rooms where modern and updated big bath, food very good lots of veggie choices and a lunch carvery as well music in the bar on the night we stayed made for a great night! A few negatives none of the staff were properly informed as to the start time of the music in the bar and were told 10 pm 10.30 Pm 9 Pm by different staff members resulting in us missing a good part of the music as they started playing at 9, we think the staff should be aware of these details, pool and jacuzzi a little tired and dark looking could use a revamp and on a very picky not the bright spotlights in the car park could be angled differently and switched of after 12 pm as they shine directly into the windows

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly Room was spacious and spotlessly clean, only downside no fridge or water in the room Bed was super comfy, had a great night's sleep Definitely return and will recommend to family and friends

Our second time to visit this hotel and as the first time was a very pleasant experience. The staff are exceptional,the rooms are very clean,warm and homely.the bar has great character with different level of stairs to suit all people's.everything you need is in this hotel and we will definitely be revisiting it as soon as possible.*****

Very relaxing hotel Lovley rooms all newly decorated. Very good bar and entertainment. Beautiful breakfast. Lovely staff. Top Class !!! Swimming pool good! Stayed here many times. Stayed this New Years and hotel was decked out wonderfully!! Well done!!

Room noisey due to traffic Food not great in Restaurant and expensive Breakfast lovely apart from the hot food which was left on a hot plate and was tasteless as a result leisure facilities lovely especially the pool

We loved the attentiveness of the staff, all of the staff that we met. The outdoor seating deck was very enjoyable and the evening meal was just right. Breakfast time was a little hectic but worked out just fine. Didn't quite understand why there was no toast but , there were alternatives. Maybe it is a local cultural thing. We intend to return.
